The villa has been designed with a modular layout and can be rented as a whole or divided into two independent apartments:
• Upper Floor Apartment:
This apartment features three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for up to six guests. Its most captivating feature is the large panoramic terrace that extends along the living area (living room and kitchen), perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing moments. Inside, you’ll also find a cozy reading corner with armchairs that opens onto another terrace offering a breathtaking view of the Langhe hills and the Alps.
• Lower Floor Apartment:
This apartment includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for four guests. Here you can enjoy direct access to the garden and an outdoor dining area, also boasting an unparalleled panoramic view.
In both apartments, the stunning view remains the true centerpiece — a natural painting that accompanies every moment of your stay.
The villa features two fully equipped kitchens, complete with dishes, cookware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and modern appliances — everything you need to feel right at home. The property also includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and heating. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, the villa is non-smoking.
