This villa is very unique because it combines a modern and eclectic design with the typical Italian charm.The very spacious high wooden ceiling rooms, the green marble kitchen, the refined furniture and the use of colors make this place one of a kind.The area is quiet, on top of the hill overlooking the vineyards and the Roddi castle but close to the facilities, restaurants (the closest one is only 5 minutes away) and the towns of the Barolo Valley (10 minutes away by car) and Alba (10 minutes away by car).A beautiful bathing jacuzzi for up to 12 people, a nice garden where you can relax, bbq, 2 tables with shade to have your lunch or dinner outside.

Please note that at check-in each guest has to show their ID and pay the communal city tax which is €2,50 each person per night.
Ground floor: Living area, 2 big couches, tv, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and Moka, kettle, toaster and a big table, service bathroom (sink+wc). Bedroom with a queen size bed (160 X190 cm), private bathroom just outside the bedroom (with shower) and a laundry area with washing machine.

The bathroom is just outside the bedroom and it is shared with bedroom n. 1 and it has a bath and a shower.
