The large swimming pool with diving board is nestled among the vineyards of the king of Piedmont wines and enjoys breathtaking views.

The villa is arranged over two floors: On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen with an island, a first dining room with a table and TV, and a second, more formal dining room with a fireplace and a view of the external garden. Additionally, there is a TV room, an office, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room. The entire first floor has access doors to the spacious garden, the porch, the swimming pool, the park, and the outbuildings. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, along with two other double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, and a study area. From the courtyard, there is access to an outbuilding that has been converted into a second residence with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. Also from the courtyard, there is access to the small house with a wood-fired oven and a pizza oven, accompanied by a large wooden table. The private park, with vineyards, spans approximately 9 hectares.
